As of January 1, 2024, Verbeek and Ter Heerdt will enter into an intensive collaboration on the production of hatching eggs, day-old chicks and 17-week hens.
This means a strategic collaboration in which the production activities of both companies are merged into Ter Heerdt – Verbeek Productie B.V.. By joining forces in this way, we increase the possibilities for more customization, synergy and flexibility and can therefore operate decisively in the European market.
Both companies will retain their own identity in the market, with Ter Heerdt remaining a supplier of Lohmann pullets and day-old chicks and Verbeek of Novogen and Hy-line pullets and day-old chicks.
We are convinced that this means we are prepared for the future and can therefore continue to deliver the quality that customers expect from us.
